I think it depends on your objective, if you want international students to get to know each other, I would definitely go for food fair. well, obviously, everyone loves food, right? but not everyone is musically inclined and watching films requires you keep quiet, so you cannot really talk. But food fair is completely different, international students can be actively involved, not only do they have a chance to bring their home-made food to the fair, but also they can enjoy food cooked by other students from a different nation and learn the culture behind it, people will not stay in one position, instead , they walk around a lot and talk and laugh with each other, what a perfect chance to meet people!
